Meet The Team

I began my Dental career working with Dr. Cheema in 2002 as a Dental Assistant. I am grateful that Dr. Cheema has allowed me the opportunity to work as a Dental Assistant, Office Manager, Regional Manager, Vice-President and currently as the Director of  operations. Likewise, I strive for the fellowship and take pride in working in state-of-the art dental practices. Throughout the span of time, we have a wonderful family of patients who have been part of our lives for years. Many patients have grown up here and are now bringing their new families to our office. I consider his practices and its patients as a part of my family. Alongside, I believe that we are fortunate to maintain a great staff to take care of all our wonderful patients. Cheema Dental & Orthodontics provides all the proper tools allowing us to provide the highest level of care to the patients in our community and beyond. 

I value transparency in metrics because I understand that this is the only way to create growth and improvement. If one isn’t getting better, one is getting worse! I am committed to making a positive impact, continuing to improve skills and genuinely enjoys helping others. 

My favorite aspect of my job is to see the transformations made in our patients’ smiles, and to know that I am part of changing someone’s life is flattering! 

Aside from work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Ricardo and our three adorable children Xzavier, Jaquelyn & Aden. As a family we love to do outdoor activities, music, play sports, and amusement traveling. “Respect yourself enough to know you deserve the very best.”
